ACME 360 Models maintains an inventory of models from stock on hand. We cannot ,however, guarantee every item is in stock at the time of your order. Most suppliers fill our requests promptly so the delay is usually short.
If you have any questions regarding items in stock contact us and we'll gladly answer them. We do not pre-order items from our suppliers prior to receiving your order.
No orders will be processed without payment enclosed, or credit card without confirmation through ACME 360 Models Paypal account first.
International orders must be made payable in U.S. funds, or drawn on a U.S. bank. Made payable to: Jess Buntyn, not ACME 360 Models. Payment can be made by Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Visa and MasterCard can only be made through Paypal.com.

We mainly ship your purchase through the U.S. mail, usually priority. If you prefer a different method you will need to:
* Specify your choice when placing your order.
* Shipping cost varies by item ordered in the continental U.S.
* Insurance for your order can also be purchased on request.
We ask you to expect 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. If there are any delays you will be notified. Due to an overwhelming amount of orders, orders may be delayed. If you do not receive your order within 6 to 8 weeks CALL US. Any orders outside of the U.S. will only be charged the current rate for international shipping. Rates may vary on counrty of origin.
Returns are accepted for replacement, exchange, or credit within 10 days of receipt of the item. Damaged parts replaced upon request.
All kits contain small parts that can present a choking hazard to small children. All products are intended for ages 12 and up.
